I’ve got it set up with a windscreen and a wireless microphone that tracks me, letting me move around hands-free. Even with an announcer to my right and shooting behind me, the audio and video come out clear. This thing is fantastic—totally stabilized and easy to use. I spent around $600 on this setup with a single microphone, but for about $850, you can get one with two microphones. I’m walking on a dirt road, surrounded by noise, yet the video remains steady and the audio is isolated. I can switch between front- and rear-facing cameras or flip to vertical mode for Instagram in just a second. It’s practically foolproof, as I can prove by using it with my janky iPhone setup. The camera comes with a tripod, and the microphone has onboard recording, so if it disconnects, I can sync everything up later. It’s super simple and perfect for shooting content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
